From how long a session takes to what to wear or when you’ll get your photos back, these answers should give you a clear idea of what to expect. General Studio FAQs

  • Where is your studio located, and is parking available?

    We’re based in Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin. There’s convenient on-street parking close to the studio.

    All sessions and consultations are by appointment only.

  • What makes the Kheffache Studios experience different?

    Exclusivity. We only take on a limited number of weddings and sessions each year so every client has our full attention. From relaxed shoots to our cinema-style design consultation room where your photographs are revealed on the big screen, every detail is designed to make the experience as memorable as the photographs themselves.

  • How long does a photography session take?

    Family and newborn sessions usually take 2 hours. That gives us time for breaks and natural moments as well as a chance for you to review the photos in our design consultation room.

  • Do you sell gift vouchers?

    Yes. Gift vouchers are available and make a wonderful present for families, newborns and even weddings.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    Life happens. We simply ask that you give us as much notice as possible. Deposits secure your date and are non-refundable, but we’ll always do our best to reschedule where possible.

  • Do you offer hair and makeup services?

    We don’t provide them directly, but we’re happy to recommend trusted local stylists who understand our photography style.

Family & Newborn FAQs

  • What should we wear or bring to the photoshoot?

    Keep it simple and comfortable. Neutral tones and timeless styles photograph beautifully. We’ll guide you in advance, and we always encourage bringing one or two meaningful items — a favourite toy, a baby blanket, even the family dog.

    Don’t worry though, we’ll be sending you a full info guide before your session.

  • Can grandparents or extended family join our session?

    Absolutely. Family sessions often include multiple generations. Just let us know in advance so we can plan the shoot accordingly.

  • When will I receive my photos?

    Family and newborn galleries are usually ready within 2–3 weeks.

Wedding FAQs

  • Will you pose us, or is it documentary style?

    Our approach is relaxed and documentary-led. We don’t stage moments or ask you to “do that again.” We blend in with your guests, capturing the real connections as they happen.
    We focus on the real moments as they unfold, with just enough time set aside for any family, couple or group shots you would like. As many or as few as feel right for you.

  • Do you offer albums and wall art?

    Yes. Most of our wedding packages session includes the option of bespoke, handcrafted albums and wall art.

  • When will I receive my photos?

    Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 4–6 weeks. We also offer express delivery options.
